West of Dingle is a small, family run business hand-harvesting Sea salt from the wild Atlantic Ocean in the heart of the Dingle Peninsula. Every aspect, from collecting the Sea water, to packaging and labelling is done by hand. The identity is built up with a colour palette emulating the shades of Dingle, a headline font inspired by the road signs of the west, a minimal wave pattern and a blank space where the salter can specify which beach on the West of Dingle the sea salt was sourced. This emphasises the handmade nature of the product and helps tell the story, of sea to plate.
